Livescan service is offered at the following times:

• Tuesday from 9:00am to 10:45am
• Thursday from 2:00pm TO 4:30pm

Fees

• Lafayette Resident $25
• Non-resident $35

Additional fees may be charged for:

• Department of Justice ($32)
• FBI ($19)
• Child Abuse Index ($15)
• Other agencies if you do not have a billing code on your Livescan form

You must bring valid government issued photo identification and a form from the requesting agency.
