At its meeting on June 24, 2024, the Lafayette City Council awarded a construction contract in the amount of $69,600.00 to FJ&I Engineering, San Pablo, CA for the City of Lafayette's 2024 Storm Drain Project, Project No. 014-9744.  Work includes:  mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; clearing and grubbing including tree and vegetation trimming; removal and replacement of fence and gate; removal of a 36” concrete storm drain pipe and 24” storm drain pipe; removal of existing concrete splash pad, Sakcrete wall, and existing concrete collar; installing a new 24” HDPE storm drain pipe with filter fabric and backfilling with drain rock; connecting pipe fittings; slip lining existing concrete pipe with a 24” HDPE pipe; installing concrete slurry in the annular space between the slip lined and existing concrete pipe; installing rock slope protection; installing concrete collars; and all other miscellaneous work as shown on the Plans and as described in the Specifications to provide a complete project.

 

Contract Award amount:  $69,600.00
