Refund/Transfer Request

Refund, credit, or transfer requests must be submitted using the form below at least 10 days prior to the start of camp or class.

Requests submitted less than 10 days before the start of camp or class will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Full, partial refunds, or credits are unlikely within this period due to contractual agreements with instructors.

All refunds will be assessed a 10% fee, regardless of the timing of the request.

Transfers typically do not incur a fee.

*Some camps/classes/events/parties have a no refund policy, so please read class descriptions carefully. No refund programs include but are not limited to Tiny Tots School year program, Awesome Parties, Special events and Lafayette Youth Commission Events.
