The Administrative Services Director serves as the city’s Human Resources Director and is responsible for:

  • Recruiting and selecting employees
  • Managing employment benefits and employee relations
  • Conducting salary surveys
  • Managing safety, risk management and workers' compensation functions

The City's organizational culture is fast paced and entrepreneurial. The number of staff members is small and consists of highly trained professionals. Some City services are contracted-out, thus staff also provides contract management for those services. The organization offers the opportunity for employees to experience "hands-on" involvement for every level of services of the city and to make an impact on the quality of life in the City.
