Check Your Zoning

You can obtain your zoning using the City's interactive GIS "Community View" by typing in your property address. This tool can also provide property-specific information, such as:

Assessor's parcel number
Lot size
Flood zone
Overlay districts (hillside, ridgeline, etc.)
Assessed value

Click here for the zoning map to determine which zoning district your property falls within. In addition to the Zoning Map and Community View, please visit the City's Map Room, which is intended to be a one-stop-shop for maps produced by various departments and agencies.
