Sauces are a simple way to add polish and pizazz to your cooking. Chef Mike will demonstrate easy-to-make sauces that will turn basic ingredients into simply delicious meals – even if you’re cooking for just one or two. Nibble on appetizers as you watch and learn, then sample each of the recipes that Chef Mike prepares. Best of all, you’ll go home with the recipes so you can recreate them easily at home.
