Lafayette Hiking Group
We will meet at 8:30am at the parking lot on the corner of Olympic Blvd & Pleasant Hill Rd. and then carpool to the trailhead. Come with us as we explore the northern part of Chabot Park, just south of Redwood Park in the Bort Meadow area. We will hike on the Grass Valley and Goldenrod Trails, a mix of hills, valleys, pasture and forest. Moderate 5 miles. Leaders: Peggy Kroll & Alison Hill. Bring lunch or snacks, water, layered clothing, good walking shoes, sun protection and money to contribute toward gas, bridge tolls and parking.
