On Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 8:30 p.m., hundreds of millions of people worldwide will switch off their lights for one hour during Earth Hour to show their commitment to taking action against climate change. Earth Hour is the world’s largest display of support for solutions to our environmental issues. This hour inspires individuals, business, and communities in cities and towns to unite to tackle climate change on a global scale. Last year, over 7,000 cities in 162 countries participated in Earth Hour.
