This event, led by League members Marti Roach and Janet Thomas, will focus on the above topics with special attention to fracking in California and the growing work of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, which is focused on enacting a policy to put a price on carbon pollution.
Presenter and Discussion Leader: Marti Roach, a League member is the Leader of Contra Costa County’s Chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby. She is also a Climate Leader within the Climate Reality Project and was trained by Al Gore in 2013.
