Due to very limited street parking, Eden is happy to provide a shuttle between Lafayette BART Station and Belle Terre. (First shuttle leaving Lafayette station at 11:30 and running every ten minutes until 2:30 p.m.)

Information on Belle Terre Development
Belle Terre, Eden Housing's first development in Lafayette, provides 46 new affordable rental homes for lower income seniors. This beautiful new community is conveniently located in downtown Lafayette, close to transit and amenities. Belle Terre is affordable to senior households earning 20% to 50% of the Contra Costa County Area Median Income, and includes 17 apartments targeted to seniors with physical disabilities.
Highlights include an onsite manager's unit, exercise room, a community room that opens onto an outdoor patio, two sunrooms that overlook a second courtyard, a computer learning center/library, and raised planters for resident gardening. Residents also have access to supportive services designed to help them "age in place" and live independently.
