Please join us for the Age Friendly Community meeting that will take place Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 10am to 12pm in the Don Tatzin Community Hall at the Lafayette Library and Learning Center. Lafayette Senior Services Commission is working to develop an Age Friendly Action Plan. The plan will provide guidelines to community stakeholders as they make choices that impact residents of all ages and abilities. Meeting participants will work in small groups to review Goals and Action Items that were developed based on community input collect at meetings regarding the for the plan’s nine domains (areas of focus). Residents, stakeholders and community leaders are encouraged to attend and provide input. There will be refreshments and door prizes!
